Habilitation Interim Evaluation

If you want to submit an application for interim evaluation, please contact the dean's office (habilitation office) before submitting your application. The submission deadlines of the habilitation conference for applications can be found on the habilitation conference's website.

Submission of Application for Interim Evaluation

For an application for interim evaluation, please submit the following documents as separate, individually numbered (1-3) PDF-documents electronically to dekanat@verkult.uni-heidelberg.de

Please note that only complete applications can be processed.

For the habilitation candidate:

  1. written application for interim evaluation
  2. written report for the interim evaluation (repots regarding both the habilitation thesis and the teaching are required)
  3. form: overview of taught courses (available in German in the download area)

For the mentor or the Fachmentorat:

  1. written statement for the interim evaluation (a. habilitation thesis, b. teaching)
