If you want to submit an application for interim evaluation, please contact the Dean's Office (Habilitation Office) early BEFOR submitting your application. The submission deadlines of the Habilitation Conference for applications can be found on the Habilitation Conference's website.

Submission of Application for Interim Evaluation
For the habilitation candidate:
The documents to be submitted are numbered (1-3) as PDF documents and must be sent exclusively electronically via download link (preferably via heiBOX) to dekanat@verkult.uni-heidelberg.de. Please note that only complete applications can be processed.
- informal written application for interim evaluation
- informal written report for the interim evaluation (repots regarding both the habilitation thesis and the teaching are required)
- form: overview of taught courses (available in the forms area)
Habilitations regulations and Forms
For the Mentor or the Fachmentorat:
The written statement to be submitted must be sent exclusively in electronic form as a PDF document to dekanat@verkult.uni-heidelberg.de.
