Course administration

On this page, you will find forms for applications relating to the regular administrative support of teaching. You will also find information and dates for committees, as well as information on changes to module handbooks, examination regulations, and admission statutes and regulations.

Curricula, teaching assignments, and requests to limit the number of participants in courses

Curricula, teaching assignments, and applications for participant limits for courses must be submitted digitally to the faculty council via the Dean's Office by the specified deadline. The submission deadlines for curricula, teaching assignments, and applications for participant limits for courses can be found on the website of the Grand Faculty Council.

Teaching assignments must be submitted to the Dean's Office by email using this application form via the person responsible at the respective institute of the faculty (see contact details). Please note that only complete applications will be accepted. Please use only this form. And please also note the addition in column 1. We require this information. If this information is missing, we will not be able to make a decision on the teaching assignment(s). Please note the regulations for teaching assignments listed on the website of the Personnel Administration for Teaching Assignments at Heidelberg University.

Requests to limit the number of participants in courses must also be submitted to the Dean's Office by email using the application form (see Contact). Please note that only complete applications will be accepted.

Authorisation as Examiner

The form for applying for the authorisation as examiner of academic staff (§ 52 LHG) can be found via the link. Please submit applications electronically to the dean's office via the following email address: studiendekanat@verkult.uni-heidelberg.de

Changes to degree programs/statutes - Quality assurance and development in studies and teaching

If you wish to make changes to degree programs, their module handbooks, or statutes, please refer to the guidelines on the procedure for making changes to examination regulations, admission statutes, and module handbooks in the Faculty of Behavioral and Empirical Cultural Studies.
